Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to staff and paralegals by managing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, managing data entry, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence. Additionally, the role involves setting up and administering legal matters in a matter management system, running reports, and organizing data from financial systems. The Administrative Assistant will also participate in the planning and execution of assigned Law & IP Unit projects and provide backup support to other administrative assistants as needed.

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Marysville, Ohio.

Work Environment

Fully Onsite in an open cubicle corporate office environment. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility on start time up to 8:30 AM. The dress code is corporate.
