RESPONSIBILITIES: Will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow. Will need to perform minor equipment adjustments and ensure quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion. May stack boxes, clean areas of the facility or perform other general helper duties.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidate must be willing to work swing or graveyard, possess a high school diploma or equivalence, have a strong safety background, good attendance record, excellent team work and be a good communicator. Must be able to do pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and repetitive motion tasks.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Hiring for 1st and 3rd shift

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry is a plus.

Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

Excellent communication skills.

Thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
