Dart Bank West Town Payments Direct Sales Representative in Mason, Michigan

I.    Job Summary: The Direct Sales Representative will focus on generating sales opportunities from internal bank divisions and developing business relationships to support top-line growth. This role partners with internal stakeholders to identify leads, present merchant processing solutions, and drive long-term client relationships. The Direct Sales Representative manages multiple tasks independently, delivers exceptional customer service while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position.

II.    Job Duties & Responsibilities: •    Collaborate with internal bank divisions, including Commercial and Specialty Banking, to identify and pursue merchant service opportunities. •    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage consistent lead generation and referrals. •    Present and sell West Town Payments' merchant processing solutions to prospective clients, including negotiating pricing, presenting agreements, and submitting underwriting documentation. •    Act as a liaison between prospects and internal teams to ensure tailored payment solutions meet client needs. •    Prepare detailed proposals and cost analyses to close sales effectively and build trust with clients. •    Partner with Treasury Management to cross-sell deposit relationships and increase overall bank deposits. •    Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals, grow the merchant portfolio, and expand market share. •    Stay informed about competitive trends, market pricing, and industry developments to effectively position offerings. •    Use CRM tools to manage leads, analyze sales data, and provide progress updates to leadership. •    Provide feedback to marketing teams to enhance sales materials and refine go-to-market strategies. •    Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. •    Perform other duties as assigned.

V.    Job Specifications: Education: Associate's degree in a relevant field required, BA or BS in a relevant field preferred. Experience: Strong communication and prior sales experience required. Merchant processing experience preferred.

VI.    Accuracy and Accountability: Measured by ability to effectively service portfolio and perform job duties accurately and in a timely manner.
