Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We have an exciting shift opening for a Maintenance Technician from 10:30pm to 7am. In this role, you will inspect machinery while performing scheduled preventative maintenance and operate shop tools and equipment. You will adjust machinery and power industrial equipment, assist in dismantling machinery to repair or replace defective components, and perform minor electrical repairs. Additionally, you will be involved in pipe fitting tasks and some installation tasks unassisted, maintain and service a range of building equipment such as HVAC, lighting, water, and sewer systems, and assist in the installation of new plant equipment. Conducting preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner and supporting site housekeeping and safety programs are also key responsibilities.

Hard Skills

• Industrial, electrical, or welding certifications

• Post-secondary/technical degree

• Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic theory

• Knowledge of PLC programming

This is a fully on-site position in Massillon, Ohio.
