Committed to providing residents with assistance and care in all aspects of their daily life, Care Associates develop relationships with staff, residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach; supporting the residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs and focusing on placing the residents first.

We are currently hiring for FT and PT positions on Day/Evening Shift

PRN shifts are also available!

$2,000 Sign On Bonus offered for FT/PT positions

How you will make an impact:

  • Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs

  • Assisting residents in activities of daily living

  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

  • Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs

  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need:

  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working

  • 1 year of CNA experience preferred in a LTC setting

  • High School diploma or GED required
