Regulatory Document Specialist

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of disinfectants and other chemical products which help customers enhance building environments and improve equipment productivity. They are looking for a Regulatory Document Specialist to join their growing team!

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Schedule: M – Friday 8-5

Pay: $32 - $34 / hour

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing all vendors’ Safety Data Sheets for raw material substances, mixtures and purchased products. This role will require the ideal candidate to compare existing / new data sheets and record any differences between the two.

Responsibilities:

• Sending email requests to new/existing suppliers

• Tracking incoming documents'

• Compare the existing safety data sheets to the new sheets - highlighting the changes and providing this copy to the regulatory team

• Add metadata

• Uploading the new SDS sheets to the tracker

• Provide weekly updates to the regulatory team

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a scientific field

• 1-2 years of technical chemistry experience

• Technical writing experience
