Shift: Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm, Every other weekend/holiday.

Under the supervision of the Department Management Team, the Supply Chain Tech II will manage replenishment of all hospital inventories and supply rooms throughout various departments and buildings within Loyola University Health System. Coordinate picking and delivery of supply requests from Storeroom. Collect, distribute, and clean equipment throughout LUMC campus including MME, crash carts, isolation carts, medical gas distribution, traction set up, and linen requests as needed. Act as a coordinator of Supply Chain tech I associates. Coordinate daily activities for Supply Chain Tech I associates. Provide assistance to the distribution and delivery personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns on clinical units.

Manage storeroom and PAR Location barcode labels. Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes with UOM and associated Lawson numbers. Assist in product conversions through label exchanges and product turn over.

Responsible for supply replenishment of units' supply locations utilizing handhelds or automated supply cabinets. Count par level areas daily according to schedule. Rotate stock in PAR Locations and storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date. Manage expired products in all inventory locations. Process all "returns to storeroom" appropriately. Provide performance improvement feedback to management.

Receive and address all customer requests according to established policies and procedures. Abide and continually provide feedback for department customer service expectations for inventory, distribution, and equipment management.

Receive stock and equipment requests from clinical areas. Pick and deliver storeroom supply requests to LUHS departments within designated response times.

Equipment management and distribution including, but not limited to the following: Collect, replenish, and distribute crash carts, isolation carts, med gas, etc. Manage and replenish stock/inventory for all distributed equipment. Collect, clean, and distribute minor patient equipment MME and traction set up.

Minimum Education:

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

Minimum Experience:

Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience

Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
