IDR Sr. Salesforce Developer in MCFARLAND, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Salesforce Developer IDR is seeking a fully remote Salesforce Developer to join one of our top Fortune 100 clients. Daily Responsibilities: * Work with the team to build and maintain a Salesforce portal for internal and external users. * Use Salesforce\'s built-in tools to meet project needs without heavy customization. * Join daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and plan tasks. * Solve technical issues that come up during development and deployment. * Offer feedback on how to improve processes and ensure timely delivery of the project. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce systems. * Hands-on experience with OmniScript. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with knowledge of sprint planning and requirement development.
