Description: This is a Recruiter Position based in McGregor, TX (outside of WACO)

Job Duties:

-Utilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software (ICIMS) to identify potential candidates--Finding applicants and putting them into ICIMS – source only

-Onboard new hires (Once offer is made they may need to follow up tasks and conduct touch points, checking in on compliance, completion paperwork, making sure they are moving through the process in a timely manner)

-Assist in new hire orientations as needed

-Perform regular check ins with new employees and resolve issues, questions, etc. in an effort to reduce attrition rates

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
