Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to become a part of our team in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with managing accounts receivable, executing data entry tasks, and handling billing procedures. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivable

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all billing processes

• Handle data entry tasks with a high level of precision

• Perform regular monitoring of customer accounts

• Take appropriate action to resolve customer inquiries and issues

• Maintain and update customer credit records as needed

• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize accounting processes

• Handle other accounting-related tasks as assigned Requirements • Possession of a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Data Entry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Willingness to continue professional development and stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
