Tutor Doctor Administrative Support/HR/Marketing in McKinney, Texas
Tutor Doctor is a concierge service that matches tutors with families for one-on-one tutoring in-home tutoring. We're seeking a friendly, proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented individual. Previous experience in the field of education, recruitment, customer service and social media is a plus. This position is remote-based and PART-TIME, applicants must possess the ability to manage their own time. A Successful Candidate Must Have: * Proven high-achiever with track record of success * High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations * Very strong attention to details * Demonstrates winning attitude * Strong digital skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies * Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, DropBox * Ability to juggle multiple deadlines * Great interpersonal skills * Self-motivated * Entrepreneurial spirit * Articulate; Superior communication skills * Excellent abilities to keep track of metrics * Ability to work independently REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 2-3 years minimum customer service experience * Bachelor's Degree in education or related, relevant experience * Previous sales and marketing experience a plus * General understanding of school curriculum * Access to high-speed internet OUR CULTURE: We value a very strong work ethic, a sense of humor, personal responsibility, optimism, and work/life balance. HOURS: * Part time * Flexible * 10-15 hours per week * Monday - Friday * Between the hours of 9:30 am - 11:00 am PST.
