Excellent attention to detail. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team! As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all the legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures.Professionalism and a high ethical standard are expected for this position. You also must be results driven and strive to promote the company's objectives.

Compliance Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create a robust strategy for preventingviolations of legal requirements and internal policy guidelines.
  • Advise senior management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs.
  • Assess product, compliance, or operational risk and develop risk management strategies. Identify risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Legal Counsel, Senior Management, and the appropriate department heads.
  • Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with HR and Finance department.
  • Improve and implement productive and efficient company policies and communicate them across the organization.
  • Research emerging compliance requirements/ issues and document/ implement any policies and/or procedures.
  • Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues and direct any that require remediation by consulting with Corp Legal if required.
  • File compliance reports with regulatory agencies
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits.
  • Assist external auditors.
  • Verify oversight and monitoring activities.
  • Train employees on compliance topics.
  • Evaluate testing procedures for continuous monitoring.

Skills/ Education:

  • BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous working experience in the compliance field for (5-10) years.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry's regulations (Export Control, QPL, Cybersecurity, etc.) and best practices.
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
