Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.

AT&T has an opening for a Consolidated Systems Management (CSM) Technical Lead to provide technical expertise to a team conducting 24x7 monitoring of server and network operations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on release management Final Deployment documents

  • Verify accuracy of Supporting CMDB documentation

  • Coordinate User Acceptance testing of new monitoring

  • Assist in the training of new personnel

  • Be able to Identify Systems anomalies

  • Produce monthly metric reports

  • Maintain the integrity of the data and tools used to perform daily task

  • Responsible for reviewing and testing New monitoring sources

  • Identify impacts of proposed releases

  • Review Change Request and Cables for expected work

  • Attend daily and adhoc meeting as required as a representative of Event management

  • Maintain scheduled associated with CSM activities

  • Monitor tool tickets to ensure resolution is completed and documented accordingly

  • Perform adhoc activities as required

Required Clearance

TSSCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work closely with Program Management, Client/Server & Network professionals and the customer community

  • Skilled in working with Tool engineers to report and resolve Operational issues

  • Have a working knowledge of ServiceNow

  • Skilled in word and Power point for reporting

Our Consolidated Systems Management (CSM) Technical Lead's earn between $98,100 - $171,797. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
