Work you'll do

• Provide general human resources related support to include performance management training development, strategic performance management consulting, business process improvement, career development, in addition to other performance management, workforce shaping and development and training support as needed

• Play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver strategic direction as well as deliverables with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in employee engagement, career and performance management

• Negotiate best solutions with Senior HR Leaders

• Engage clients to understand their needs, goals, target markets, ideas, and challenges

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

• 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• Experience in roles that are heavily client facing

• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
