Hilton Senior Specialist Brand Personality, All Suites & Focused Service in McLean, Virginia

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As the Senior Specialist, Brand Personality for Tempo by Hilton, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the All Suites & Focused Service team reporting to a Director of Brand Personality, All Suites and Focused Service, you will support the creation and delivery of tactics, tools, and resources that equip property General Managers and Team Members with delivering branded and differentiated guest experiences.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Partner with the leaders of All Suites and Focused Service Brand Personality and the Tempo Brand leaders to define the Brand Personality, Service Philosophy, values, terminology, and rituals.
  • Partner in crafting and implementing action plans to continue the momentum of the brand including driving positive guest, and team member (TM) results.
  • Create and protect the Brand’s service quality, differentiation, and culture globally; including defining a clear narrative and service differentiation to ensure consistent execution of identity elements internally and with our partners.
  • Partner with leaders to develop new tactics, build cases, and gain internal/external support.
  • Continue to create service experience solutions best fit for the Brand, and work with teams to deploy them to hotels, team members, and owners/operators.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize a suite of tools that help GMs and TMs deliver outstanding experiences to every guest, every time.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with Brand Ops, Owner Relations, Brand Performance Support (BPS), and Hilton University (HU) to support brand product & service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including, communications, learning & development, and other important partners, to identify the best channels and resources to improve team member education and execution.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Collaborate with brand leaders to define service culture and own the guest experiences.
  • Coordinate team member communications and obtain sign-off on actions to engage hotels with the Brand.
  • Work with the Hilton matrix teams to coordinate cross-functional activities including activations with First Up and the Lobby.
  • Identify and prevent potential problems.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • One (1) year of hospitality, travel, or related industry experience
  • Experience crafting and communicating new proposals through presentations and collateral
  • Can travel up to 30% (domestic and limited international)

It would be useful if you have:

  • One (1) year of Project Management Experience, Action Plans, Brand Management, Consulting, and corporate planning capacity
  • One (1) year of on-property experience, such as Hotel Operations, Hotel Sales, or Revenue Management
