Sr. Manager, Chief of Staff - Encore (Hybrid)

As a Sr. Manager Chief of Staff, you’ll join the Chief of Staff team within Encore focused on solving problems and delivering flawlessly to improve business efficiency and drive results. You will be a thought leader to and collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

This work is high-visibility and high-impact. Reporting directly into a Sr. Director Chief of Staff, you will work to drive efficiencies, collaboration, innovation and outsized value across the organization. We are looking for a passionate, seasoned team member who loves diving into ambiguous and challenging problems. You will need to be highly organized and emotionally intelligent to work with our leadership team to drive strategic planning efforts, keep a pulse on team health, morale and engagement, and ensure key business priorities are successfully executed. The ideal candidate can connect the dots between good process and great results, effectively influence others (especially at the VP+ levels) to achieve organizational goals, and facilitate a vocal leadership team toward purposeful outcomes. Candidates should be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, executive presence, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • As the fusion program co-lead you will work alongside your tech counterpart to ensure we advance the goals of the program and deliver results in 2025

  • Work with Sr. Executives to define and execute on the programs OKRs

  • Establish and run the operating model to ensure we stay on track to deliver results ​

  • Responsible for Encore’s annual planning process, including off-sites to establish tenets and OKRs

  • ​Establish an operating model to periodically review and update annual plans

  • Track and maintain progress against OKRs monthly

  • Establish a product community of practice within Encore, creating consistency in product management practices

  • Flex into special projects, providing additional support and thought leadership for top of house priorities

A successful candidate will bring:

  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda

  • Able to work autonomously in ambiguous spaces and drive results

  • High levels of collaboration; has excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes

  • Detail-oriented with experience leveraging data to deliver excellent problem solving skills; communicates effectively with business and technical teams, both verbally and in writing

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills; ability to take the wisdom of the crowd and influence towards the best outcomes

  • Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity

  • Strong project management and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail

  • Initiative, high motivation and ability to self-start, and ability to work autonomously

  • Proven experience in discretion in handling highly sensitive issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 6 years experience in Project Management or Process Management

  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or MBA

  • 4+ years of analysis or strategy experience

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders across different business functions

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in delivering Horizontal objectives and improvements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
