job summary:

Delegate work assignments based on the skills and abilities of crew members. - Monitor the performance of crew members and provide guidance, training, and feedback as needed. - Ensure that all work complies with company standards and safety regulations. - Coordinate with management to understand project goals, timelines, and resource requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact between the crew and upper management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and project needs. - Identify potential issues or obstacles and take proactive steps to resolve them. - Maintain and report accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks. - Ensure that all tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and used safely. - Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among crew members.

salary: $27/hr

work hours: 7:00AM to 4:00PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
