Respiratory Therapist - Join Our Compassionate Care Team!
Location: McMinnville, OR
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality care and therapy to patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, or metabolic conditions. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care through the administration of various treatments and therapies, communication with physicians, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver effective therapy and care to patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, or metabolic disturbances.
Communicate with physicians regarding the efficacy of treatments and therapy plans.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures.
Take phone orders and perform other essential cardiopulmonary care functions.
Conduct treatments, management, diagnostic evaluations, and care for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.
Administer and document medications in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of environmental conditions and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Uphold professional relationships with medical staff and demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Completion of a Respiratory Care Program approved by the American Medical Association.
Certificate of Registration as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Oregon.
Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
BLS certification (required within three months of hire).
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (required within six months of hire).

Pay Details: $32.60 to $36.50 per hour
