Overview

Position: Analyst, Growth and Market Analytics - Outpatient Location: Corporate Headquarters (Mechanicsburg, PA)

Do you enjoy problem solving? Are you skilled in analyzing data to provide business solutions? Are you passionate about supporting health care from the non-clinical side? We are looking for an Analyst of Growth and Market Analytics who will support the strategic direction and execution of growth activities for our Outpatient Division. In this cross-functional role, you will manage growth projects, leverage data to help answer business questions, and support ongoing location portfolio optimization strategy and execution across this division. 

Responsibilities

Identify and present de novo growth opportunities based on market intelligence and analytics support Collaborate with leadership to support incoming growth opportunities and provide decision-support deliverables Develop analyses related to program strategic positioning, market conditions, competitor actions and volume/market share trends Create and develop de novo pro forma files to validate potential growth opportunities Manage the entire de novo lifecycle from ideation to approval Conduct market referral source analyses and competitive analyses

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline 3+ years of progressive business experience 1-3 years of strategic planning, consulting or corporate development experience 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or other relevant professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare sector Experience in financial planning/modeling Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other similar tools
