VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Program/Department in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local guidelines and regulations, and company policies and procedures. Applies professionally accepted, research based practices. Works cooperatively as part of the management team to develop resident-centered approaches to all quality of care and quality of life activities. Resident advocacy responsibilities as needed to achieve or maintain a dignified existence for all residents. Required Skills: Master's Degree in Social Services, Social Work, LICSW or related field required. Two (2) years of social work experience in a healthcare environment required. Additional Qualifications/Skills: Management/administrative experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Qualifications
