DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What do you get to do in this "HR Business Partner Intern" position? * Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM) * Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field * Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including: * People analytics: Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines, and engagement. Data validation * Creating Job aids and conducting training to diverse teams * Providing recommendations to improve site level data through dashboard improvement, identifying data gaps, etc. * Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies.
