Overview

The Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for clinical support and providing standard consistent targeted clinical training in assigned markets in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical staff in alignment with our Outpatient Division Pillars (strategies), objectives and focus areas.  Additionally, the Regional Director of Clinical Services will contribute to the development of national clinical training programs and maintenance of division wide clinical services initiatives focused on clinical quality and patient access. 

Responsibilities

Able to develop and provide training using various methods (live in-person, live web, recorded, and phone), delivered to individual or groups of clinicians in designated local markets and nationally. Proficient at developing and/or editing department support resources, minutes and/or memos to support initiatives. Able to roadmap and develop content and resources tied to quality care and business metrics. A proven team player who is resourceful in finding solutions and comfortable collaborating with peers, operations leaders, shared services departments and other key employees. Able to work independently and seeks appropriate guidance when needed.

Qualifications

Current physical or occupational therapy licensure Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of clinical practice Management/operational experience in outpatient setting preferred Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet). Direct or indirect supervision, coaching or mentoring experience with clinicians The ability to travel up to 50% of the time
