The Sourcing Specialist will utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and various other tools to identify and engage prospective candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals for our recruitment team to assess further. The role requires a keen eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and role requirements Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates Develop creative sourcing strategies to find top talent Engage with candidates to assess interest and suitability for various roles Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with the Recruiter and hiring managers Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to improve the recruitment process

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Creative and strategic mindset with an interest in growing within recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience sourcing for clinical roles, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Respiratory Therapists (RRT), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other healthcare professionals Knowledge of healthcare industry Familiarity with sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred Additional Data
