Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and schematics
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when needed

Skills:

• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
• Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents or tenants
• Welding skills for repairs and fabrication work
• Experience in supervising maintenance staff
• Familiarity with residential painting techniques
• Leadership qualities to guide maintenance projects efficiently
