Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting activities including:

• Assisting with audits, both operational and financial

• Supporting month end and year-end close

• Preparing journal entries

• Account reconciliation

• Ad-hoc and financial reporting and analysis

• Sales Tax filing

• Work with company accountant

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assisting with payroll and payroll tax filling

• Procurement

• Assisting with compliance prep & analysis

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related work experience

• 5 years in accounting or financial roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel. Power Point, Teams)

• QuickBooks/Accounting Software Systems

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices
