The Maintenance Technician I provides essential support for facility operations, assisting with troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical systems while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cGMP requirements. This role involves working collaboratively with senior technicians and team leaders to address routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.

salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical systems.

• Assist senior technicians and team leaders with maintenance tasks.

• Perform minor building repairs, including drywall patching.

• Conduct facility inspections and report findings to the Team Leader.

• Participate in equipment installations for engineering projects.

• Respond to building alarms and resolve issues promptly.

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance assignments.
