Prestige Employee Administrators Quality Control Benefit Analyst in Melville, New York

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation of new client profiles during implementation
Ensures the successful "hand-off" to other departments following the client implementation
Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and success of payroll and employee benefits
Monitor statuses of employee onboarding and benefit enrollment
Analyze and evaluate data and discrepancies by using various reporting tools
Monitor all procedures that affect quality within the operations department
Collaborate with internal teams to develop, review, and administer new and existing procedures
Identify & drive process improvement and standardization opportunities
Obtain expert knowledge of PEO company services
Specific Skills Needed:
Strong Microsoft office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g. complex formulas – if statements, v-lookup, and pivot tables)
Adapting system concepts quickly and efficiently
Ability to Multi-task in a high paced environment
HR Systems (e.g. PrismHR is a plus)
Knowledge of state taxes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of proven experience in Operational programs and/or Quality Control and Compliance
Solid understanding of risk management principles and concepts
Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies
Salary range in New York based on experience $65K - 72K
