We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

• Plan and prioritize workload to meet shipping and receiving deadlines

• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse associates

• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency

• Perform other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:
