AutoZone, Inc. AutoZone 2025 Summer Internship – Internal Audit in Memphis, Tennessee

As a 2025 AutoZone Summer Intern supporting Internal Audit , you will provide critical, real-time support to all functional areas of AutoZone’s domestic and international operations. You will collaborate with the business to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls and integrate strategy by leveraging our team’s abilities and experience and best practices from across AutoZone and the industry.

You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and assist with executing assigned audit projects. Typical projects include interacting with AutoZoners across the organization, understanding business processes, analyzing data , and identifying system or process risks and presenting findings to business partners in both a verbal and written format. This experience will help further develop your analytical and problem solving skills while expanding your network of resources.

You will be gi ven the opportunity to experience and learn about multiple areas of the business.  This team is focused on developing talented individuals to grow into leadership roles within all areas of the business and to make impactful contributions to AutoZone and the community. Also, they rely heavily on former interns to backfill open, full-time positions.

Your background knowledge in majors like Accounting , Finance , Business Administration , Economics , Management Information Systems (MIS) , Computer Science and Data Analytics will support your experience as an intern.

    What w e are Looking f or:

  • Must be a current rising Junior, Senior or Graduate student enrolled into a college or university at the time of Summer 202 5 Internship Program (June 2 , 202 5 - August 1 , 202 5 )

  • Those graduating before June 2, 2025 are not eligible for the internship

  • Must be able to live in Memphis for a minimum of two months during S ummer 202 5

  • Relocation support is provided for non-local students

  • Non-local students are defined as those who do not have family housing options in Memphis or whose educational institution is not located in Memphis

  • Due to multiple internship opportunities, please apply to no more than two positions that best match your background and experience
