Summary

Provides training and educational programs for external customer groups and for internal staff continuing education. Assists with Critical Incident Stress debriefings, health fairs, and orientations as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and educational needs/programs for client industries/organizations.

• Assesses and implements internal staff continuing education and professional development.

• Provides coordination of Critical Stress Incident Management to meet customer needs.

• Completes assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Mental health education.

Minimum: Masters degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or addiction related field.

Experience

Preferred: Public speaking experience.

Minimum: Three years in mental health/addiction treatment field.
