Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Nursing to become part of our client's team in Memphis, Tennessee 38116. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Facility and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Medical Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Pay

Up to $180,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

• However, will need to be flexible and available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Required: Unencumbered RN state license.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: Master's degree.

• Required: 10 years of experience as a Director of Nursing with a background in long-term care.

• Required: State Compliance & Survey experience.

• Make rounds.

• Oversee managers.

• Patient care.

• Review documentation to ensure it is accurate and complete.

• Address all issues and ensure appropriate escalation when necessary.

• De-escalate any issues quickly with a resolution.

• Establish guidelines, ensure responsibility, and foster retention/relationships.
