Location : Onsite in Memphis, TN or Charlotte, NC

Summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Developer to drive the development and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all lines of business. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and optimize customer engagement.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources and APIs

  • Build and maintain employee-driven email/distributed marketing efforts as an extension of the corporate email process

  • Maintain email domain expertise; keep up with email marketing trends, industry and competitor trends, changes/enhancements to email platforms, etc.

  • Manage external relationships with agencies, email platforms, technology vendors, etc.

  • Comfort in testing and learning methodology across different formats and disciplines

  • Manage relationship with Legal, Risk and Compliance to monitor and maintain program compliance with industry regulations and firm policies

  • Generate reports and provide insights for business partners on key metrics and success of each deliverable

  • Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • 2-5 years of work experience in email marketing required

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically journey building and data extensions

  • Comfortable with email-adjacent technology, such as Litmus

  • Must understand and embrace the importance of the quality and accuracy of data and information received by our customers and banking partners

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions

  • Work experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industry a plus

  • Located in the Southeast, with location in Memphis or Charlotte preferred
