  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Lead and assist Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management pursuits and practice development initiatives for complex products

  • Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges

Required qualifications

  • 7+ years consulting and/or industry experience in one of the following: Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Medical Devices, Consumer Products

  • 7+ years of domain/functional experience in Product Development Process

  • 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • Involved in development of Electronic and/or Software Components

  • Requirements Management, including ASPICE and AUTOSAR standards

  • Systems Engineering

  • Systems Modeling of Electrical and Electronics Architecture

  • DFMEA and PFMEA

  • Software Development (Agile Methodology)

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with two or more of the following:

  • Bill of Materials Management

  • Model Based Design

  • Design for Cost and Value

  • Verification & Validation (Hardware/Software in the loop)

  • 2+ years consulting and/or industry experience with complex engineered products that are a combination of Hardware and Software

  • Team lead experience

  • Experience with Embedded and/or Connected Software and Services

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Requirements Management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Tools, UML Architecture Design Tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
