Nike NIKE, Inc. North America Distribution Centers (NADC) Business Analytics Graduate Internship in Memphis, Tennessee

Our NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Our Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, our Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day! 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our North American Supply Chain (NASC) team is looking for graduate interns that will be responsible for assessing and analyzing data and delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders across our supply chain network. We want to make every Nike decision better because of data! You will be exposed to all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain, from manufacturing to the wholesale and digital marketplaces. The Nike NASC team develops key resources to move into a wide range of roles and support the growth trajectory of the company. Joining the Nike Supply Chain Team is a launching pad for careers in the global, end to end supply chain for the premiere sports apparel brand in the world.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an MBA or Graduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026

  • Background in Data Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field preferred 

  • 3-5years work experience

  • Resume submission (PDF) required

Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, Tableau and/or simulation software is a plus

  • Analytical skillset, ability to leverage data and information for effective problem solving in a team setting 

  • Statistical processes experience, or application of statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities and root causes  

  • Ability to assimilate large data sets, summarize, and identify key drivers for problem resolution

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines  

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources  

  • Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an NASC Business Analytics graduate intern you will be assigned to one of a variety of analytically driven teams in the Mid-South that operate with a unique perspective of the business. These unique perspectives can range from a hyper-focus on our end-to-end digital operation to distribution center insights, or even managing the delivery of Nike product to our end consumers. Each of these teams plays a key part of the business, delivering data-driven insights across the supply chain. Examples of projects could be:

  • Developing and implementing analytical models and simulations

  • Identifying, and measuring key supply chain metrics to enhance business results

  • Driving the creation of interactive and user-friendly analytical tools that enable fact-based decision-making processes and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities include development of business cases and executive level communication in support of the NASC strategy and goals. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a close relationship with partners in all functional areas within the supply chain management teams. In this role you will mentor other members of the team to ensure maximum knowledge transfer and use of your expertise. In addition, you will train and develop key personnel on changes introduced through supply chain initiatives.
