We are recruiting for a skill patient access representative; previous experience in healthcare administration is required in order to be considered. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration, referral orders, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and additional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems. Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance information, check eligibility, and confirm coverage prior to services being provided.

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring efficient use of physician and clinical staff time.

• Assist with patient billing inquiries and collect payments for services rendered, including copays, deductibles, or outstanding balances.

• Manage the check-in and check-out process for patients, including collecting copays, verifying information, and processing any necessary paperwork.

• Greet patients and visitors, collect necessary personal and medical information, and ensure accurate data entry into electronic medical records (EMR) systems
