Insight Global Quality Systems Manager in Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description

A client of insight global is looking for a quality systems manager to sit on-site 5 days week in Memphis, TN. They will be responsible for performing risk assessments and conducting audits to identify areas of deficiency and opportunities to improve underlying systems. For investigating and resolving the quality issues, they will be using the corrective active request (CAR), the root cause analysis (RCA) and the 8D methods. They will be using tools such as Excel, Minitab and SPC for the plans of improvement for the quality. They will have two individuals reporting into them so will need to possess leadership capabilities as well.

Skills and Requirements

SO Auditor experience REQUIRED

  Six Sigma

10 Years Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing environment

3 Years Leadership experience

Bachelor's Degree TQM
