Summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Product to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of product initiatives from conception through launch. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product leads to manage product development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively

• Allocate resources effectively and manage team dynamics to ensure project success

• Implement and refine project management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and prepare project status reports

• Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial accountability

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree, PMP or similar certification preferred

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in product development

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana)
