JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service Project Coordinator - 10877 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (overtime as needed) Location: 675 Brighton Beach Road, Menasha, WI 54942 As our Customer Service Project Coordinator, you\'ll be the critical link between our customers and the production team, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage work orders, and coordinate with various departments will be critical to our success. Here\'s what you\'ll do: * Be the go-to person for customer questions and help resolve their issues confidently and carefully * Calculate pricing for completed work orders and enter data into Excel, turning numbers into actionable insights * Gather important customer job details and prepare everything for operational work orders * Close out work orders and match paperwork to ensure smooth and timely billing * Support our Account Managers and provide backup assistance when needed * Review routing guides and ensure they\'re accurately entered into the system * Handle freight-related inquiries and ensure timely resolutions * Engage with different departments to verify issues, troubleshoot, and find root causes Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
