JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service Representatives: Counter Support (cross trained with phones) *Counter personnel are responsible for, but not limited to; checking clients in for their appointment, helping clients with the questionnaire, answering basic client questions, taking over-the-counter e-filing tax returns in, and informing tax preparers when there are clients ready to be taken back. This position will also be cross-trained with our phones department with the responsibility of; answering the phones to schedule client tax appointments, and answering questions for clients on our question line. Cashier *Cashiers are responsible for, but not limited to; ringing up our clients for payment at the end of their service, and helping do the third check of the tax returns before they are transmitted. Appointments Phone (cross trained with counter) *The appointments phone is responsible for; scheduling client appointments accurately by asking multiple questions.
