The Modeling and Simulation Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers and scientists to develop, implement, and optimize simulation models that support the design, analysis, and improvement of energy systems and products. This position is responsible for leading the M&S Engineering team to provide modeling and simulation support to optimize product designs and to virtually verify full system, subsystem and component performance to drive innovation and excellence in the development of products related to distributed energy resources (DERs), power distribution products for microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining and data center markets. This role is critical to our extreme growth plan. The ideal candidate will be a technically focused experienced engineering manager with a business mind, strong organizational skills, a savvy leader and familiar with M&S technology across multiple domains, M&S standards and processes, product development cycles, is familiar with the intricacies of a fast-paced environment, have a strong desire for growth and be a great communicator. Must have technical acumen, a proven track record of effective team leadership, a process and organizational mindset, familiarity with R&D processes, R&D documentation, the ability to present to and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, continuous improvement tools and techniques, strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective project management skills and budgeting and resource allocation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Master\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
