This role will focus on and develop a strategy for managing the lifecycle of laptops and iPads, ensuring optimal performance, user support, and efficient asset management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, exceptional time management, and a passion for providing white glove support to end-users.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Asset Management: In partnership with the Asset Team, maintain an accurate inventory of laptops and iPads, tracking device status and lifecycle phases.
Deployment: Develop and lead project plan to coordinate the setup, configuration, and deployment of new devices, ensuring all software are properly implemented.
Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting for hardware issues, facilitating repairs as needed.
Lifecycle Management: Ownership of the end user compute lifecycle. Develop strategy for lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including upgrades and replacements.
User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation regarding hardware specifications, warranty information, and support processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff to ensure devices integrate seamlessly within the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Training & Education: Train users on best practices for device usage, security, and maintenance to enhance user experience.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with hardware vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty services.
Compliance: Ensure all devices adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00
