Responsibilities
Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive innovation,improve product design,and enhance performance and scalability.
Manage autonomous vehicle projects throughout their entire lifecycle from initial concept through development and final delivery.
Proactively identify and address potential challenges,ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
Lead,mentor,and inspire Chief Engineers and the broader engineering team,fostering a culture of innovation,collaboration,and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with product management,supply chain,and program management teams to align engineering objectives with overall project goals.
Work with the marketing and business development teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and align with market trends.
Uphold high safety standards,reliability,and compliance across all engineering projects and products.
Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure products exceed regulatory and company-specific requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes to ensure optimal product performance and quality outcomes.
Oversee and manage project budgets,ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
Track project timelines and costs,adjusting as needed to maintain alignment with corporate goals and ensure financial discipline.
Provide transparent and r egular updates to leadership regarding budget performance,resource allocation,and project progress.
Qualifications
Advanced degree (Bachelor s or Master s) in Engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Engineering,R&D,or product development,with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Demonstrated success in launching large-scale products,particularly in robotics,autonomous systems,or related technologies.
Exceptional strategic thinking,problem-solving abilities,and leadership capabilities.
Proven experience in leading large teams (50+ individuals) and successfully delivering complex,high-impact projects.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills,with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Strong passion for innovation and building high-performance teams that deliver excellence.
Must be located within driving distance or willing to relocate.
Pay
Salary | $170k -$200k
