Meta Executive Administrative Partner in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a VP in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.

Required Skills:

Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal and external meetings

  2. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement

  3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  5. Accompany executive on travel both domestic and international

  6. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings

  7. Build cross-functional relationships between departments

  8. Partner closely with organizations lead admins

  9. Communicate key organizations and company updates to admins and cross-functional partners

  10. General office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives

  2. 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

  3. 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

  4. Experience prioritizing multiple projects

  5. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  6. Experience fostering events and driving team culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with senior leaders, both within and outside of the company

  2. Experience managing complex calendars with international travel schedules

  3. Experience working with business leads or chiefs of staff to run business operations

  4. Experience mentoring and coaching admins in a lead admin capacity

  5. Experience supporting tech functions at a large scale tech company

  6. Experience working as a lead admin and working on admin support alignments

Public Compensation:

$98,093/year to $140,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
