Meta Finance Manager - Facilities, Culinary, & Security in Menlo Park, California

This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action.The G&A Finance team is looking for an experienced professional to support the Facilities, Culinary and Security (FC&S) organization to bring more scale, efficiency, and innovation. In this FP&A role, you will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and help make recommendations for short- and long-term decisions. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets, and support all ad hoc strategic projects. Successful candidates for this team are well-rounded top performers who thrive in a high-energy environment, have experience in FP&A, data management, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

Finance Manager - Facilities, Culinary, & Security Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with both Finance and real estate partners to develop and align key performance metrics that drive business growth, efficiencies, and highlighting both risks and opportunities

  2. Build analyses to drive better investment decisions, such as return on operational spend, including presentations and developing business cases

  3. Provide hands-on analytic support to business and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to allocate spend more effectively

  4. Support the building of operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, operating expenses, and capital expenditures Develop executive-level presentations, excel models and ad-hoc analyses for the business

  5. Create partnerships with FCS business partners and the FCS Finance Cross Team

  6. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes (partnering with Finance, IT/Systems & Tooling, Accounting, FC&S Analytics and Operations teams)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of finance analysis experience in financial planning, operational planning, business strategy or analytics and/or corporate strategy

  2. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related discipline

  3. Experience with P&L analysis of both operating vs capital expenditures and a proven understanding of GAAP

  4. Experience creating financial and operational models, proven reporting and presentation skills, working with large datasets, and building data-driven analysis and synthesizing into both insights and recommendations

  5. Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time

  1. 4+ years of FP&A experience related to Corporate FP&A or G&A Finance

  2. Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase and SQL

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
