Meta Marketing Automation Specialist in Menlo Park, California
Summary:
The Business Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist experienced with email marketing, online advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As part of the Marketing Automation team, you will launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the client’s products and services. You will use digital channels, such as email, ads, web, social, in-product, and events to drive results.

Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
Automate processes and build scalable infrastructure to support the marketing organization
Report digital marketing results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Launch email and in-product nurture campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns
Set up webinar programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms
Build and manipulate content with a CMS tool (e.g., Knak, Hubspot, Dreamweaver)
Measure and optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
Provide campaign-level reporting and troubleshooting on email, in-product, webinar, and marketing automation programs and provide recommendations to optimize performance
Partner with cross functional teams to optimize marketing technology infrastructure, including marketing automation tools (email marketing, lead generation, CRM integrations)
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of work experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or marketing automation
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation technology
Experience with Webinar/Events (Zoom, WebEx, GoToWebinar, BlueJeans, etc.)
CRM (Salesforce) experience
Experience with editing tools (Photoshop, Knak, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Experience in quantitative analytical skills
Experience learning and achieving "Power User" status on multiple tools quickly

Public Compensation:
$35.58/hour to $113,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
