Meta Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing manager who can excel in a role spanning consumer and public affairs marketing and program management. You will be responsible for managing marketing programs and operations, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has an in depth understanding of marketing strategy and a proven track record of program management to make a significant impact on our organization.

Required Skills:

Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Manage internal communications strategy for the team through proactive, effective communications with internal stakeholders to ensure broader understanding of relevant progress, learnings and best practices

  2. Facilitate key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners, and resolve blocks that impede progress

  3. Support team in development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness

  4. Create and maintain marketing campaigns and evergreen collateral across multiple channels, including web, email, and on platform activations

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

  6. Monitor and report on marketing performance, including metrics and goals

  7. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  2. 4+ years of experience managing marketing programs and/or campaigns

  3. Experience in leading communications, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional partners, navigating matrix organization.

  4. Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.

  5. Experience influencing effectively across all levels of management, successful in stakeholder management.

  6. Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions

  7. Problem-solving skills and experience thinking creatively

  8. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

  9. Experience in Product or Brand Marketing, Public Policy, or Communications/Public Relations

Public Compensation:

$99,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
