Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the legal industry, based in Menlo Park, California. We are seeking a Paralegal who will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive support in family law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to attorneys in managing family law cases, including areas of divorce, child custody, property settlements, and marital agreements.

• Act as a key liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case proceedings and to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage attorney calendars meticulously, ensuring all court deadlines are met and all appointments are scheduled effectively.

• Organize and maintain electronic files for clients, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date.

• Draft and prepare legal forms and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

• Compile and serve discovery, and oversee court filings and process serves to ensure legal compliance.

• Assist in the preparation for trials, MSCs, and hearings by creating required pleadings, trial notes, and exhibit binders.

• Utilize skills in Calendar Management, Draft Pleadings, Family Law, Legal Matters, and Trial Exhibits to effectively fulfill responsibilities. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Paralegal role

• Proven experience in Calendar Management

• Strong ability to Draft Pleadings

• Specialization in Family Law is preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of Legal Matters

• Experience in preparing Trial Exhibits is essential
