Meta Program Manager, Demand Management in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

The Small & Medium Business Group (SMBG) works closely with clients as they grow and scale by enabling them to meaningfully connect with their customers across our family of apps. This role is for a Program Manager on the Supply-Demand Management and Platform Enablement Team in SMBG. Within this team, the Demand function works across channels to generate incremental high quality leads for our sales agents, optimize performance of those channels, and ensure we are serving advertisers with the right agent at the right time. We are seeking a Program Manager who is a proven influencer and a fast learner; a resilient self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and an always-evolving landscape; a strategic and operational thinker with creative problem-solving skills. You will work directly with teams across SBG, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data Science. In some cases you will own strategy & execution end-to-end. In other cases, you will execute and influence outcomes through others. We need collaborative influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our advertisers and results for our business.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Demand Management Responsibilities:

  1. Design a cross-channel Demand Management strategy, operating model, and goaling approach for new sales channels within the Small & Medium Business Group

  2. Partner with key cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Channel Marketing, Operations) to optimize performance (on both lead quality and volume) and drive toward an optimal channel mix

  3. Program manage key initiatives and drive innovation (for example: data enrichment efforts, initiative to onboard advertisers graduating into a new sales channel)

  4. Monitor trends, troubleshoot issues, and build/ execute remediation plans as necessary

  1. 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, sales, or product at large-scale organizations.

  2. Organized, fast-paced executor. Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight, bringing ideas to fruition, leading teams towards a common goal, and managing multiple complex programs on tight timelines.

  3. Change agent. Experience leading initiatives involving large-scaled organizational transformations. Grasp of the organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes.

  4. Expert communicator. Experience to distill complex ideas simply through a variety of mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.) and to zoom in and out effortlessly based on audience.

  5. Proven business analytics skills. Experience evaluating data to understand trends, developing frameworks, and performing analyses to guide program strategy and implementation.

  2. MBA or Master’s degree in management, finance, technical, or engineering field, or equivalent experience.

Public Compensation:

$184,000/year to $254,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
