Our client is a premier, reputable investment management firm with over 20 years of stability and $Billions in AUM. The team is hiring for a Tax Director to oversee tax structuring and strategic planning, compliance & analytics and review. You will be collaborating with internal groups and external fund administrators, tax advisors, and firms. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment as well as the ability to liaise with investors.

Requirements

Ideally you should have 13-15 years' experience across public accounting and private advisory, preferably in private equity, and experience dealing with institutional investors and international tax issues.

Active/Inactive CPA or JD required, Masters or LLM is an advantage.
