JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Associate, Continuous Improvement Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Job Id: 4120 # of Openings: 1 Position Overview: Summer of 2024 (June 1st through August 31st) Full time (40 hours a week) Location: Menomonee Falls Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Conduct Time studies and build a framework for plant capacity model. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: Advanced user of Excel (like but not limited to Power Query, Conditional formatting, Advanced charting, PivotTables, Flash Fill). Ability to work with large data sets to understand data and provide insights on the data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a preferred. Prior industry experience is preferred.
